Client Obligations

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate business information and requirements
  • Grant necessary access to accounts and platforms
  • Provide timely feedback and approvals
  • Ensure all content complies with applicable laws
  • Pay fees and third-party costs promptly
  • Maintain professional communication standards

Payment Terms

  • Fees specified in your service agreement
  • Monthly retainers billed in advance
  • Third-party ad spend billed separately
  • Late payments subject to 1.5% monthly interest
  • Service suspension for non-payment after 10 days

Intellectual Property

Client owns pre-existing content. ATIGUI SOLUTIONS owns all proprietary tools, methods, and general know-how. Client owns deliverables upon full payment.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect and not disclose each other's proprietary information. This obligation survives the termination of services.

Service Termination

  • 30-day written notice for standard termination
  • Immediate termination for non-payment or breach
  • Final payment due for all services rendered
  • Data transfer upon receipt of final payment

Disclaimer

While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee specific results due to external market factors and variables beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the preceding 6 months.

Terms Modification

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of changes.
