Refund Eligibility

Refunds are evaluated case-by-case based on the following conditions:

• Setup Fees: Refundable within 7 days if services haven't commenced
• Monthly Services: Pro-rated refunds considered for mid-month cancellations due to service failure
• Project-Based Work: Generally non-refundable after work begins, except for significant service deficiencies

Refund Request Process

2. Provide your account details and service information
3. Explain the reason for your refund request with supporting documentation
4. Our team will review and respond within 5 business days

Non-Refundable Items

• Third-party advertising expenditures (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
• Completed services and deliverables
• Approved creative work and content
• Setup fees after the 7-day grace period

Service Credits

For minor service issues, we may offer service credits toward future services as an alternative resolution.
