Refund Eligibility
Refunds are evaluated case-by-case based on the following conditions:
- Setup Fees: Refundable within 7 days if services haven't commenced
- Monthly Services: Pro-rated refunds considered for mid-month cancellations due to service failure
- Project-Based Work: Generally non-refundable after work begins, except for significant service deficiencies
Refund Request Process
- Email support@atiguisolutions.com within the applicable timeframe
- Provide your account details and service information
- Explain the reason for your refund request with supporting documentation
- Our team will review and respond within 5 business days
Non-Refundable Items
- Third-party advertising expenditures (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
- Completed services and deliverables
- Approved creative work and content
- Setup fees after the 7-day grace period
Service Credits
For minor service issues, we may offer service credits toward future services as an alternative resolution.
